The whole estate is yours from morning until the wedding finishes that night.

Exclusive use

Nothing quite like taking over the whole place

Hillmount House is an exclusive-use wedding venue, which gives you and your guests complete privacy. We only host one event each day, so you and your guests are the sole focus on your big day.

We encourage our couples to talk to us about how they would like to put their own stamp on the day.

Venue hire includes

Everything ready when you arrive

  • Exclusive use of the 10-acre estate and the Georgian country house
  • The Coach House for your drinks reception, or an indoor ceremony if needed
  • The open courtyard, upstairs terrace and The Barn (up to 150 dining guests)
  • The grounds and gardens for photographs, and two outdoor ceremony options, Formal Lawn or Meadow (weather permitting), with outdoor furniture
  • A ceremony arch, lanterns, cake tables and knives, and easels for your signage
  • Fully licensed, fully serviced bars with an excellent wine list and cocktails
  • Sound system with microphones for music and speeches
  • Our wedding co-ordinator from start to finish, who can act as your Master of Ceremonies and liaises with your suppliers
  • Car parking for your guests

Why not make the most of your special day by arriving from 7.30am to begin your bridal preparations? Enjoy a relaxed morning of hair and make-up, alongside a delicious breakfast, before your “I do”s. (Additional charge, please see the brochure for pricing.)

Ceremony and catering

Marry here, dine your way

You can say your vows here at Hillmount House or at an off-site location. Ceremonies held at Hillmount House carry a charge of £450 for weddings in 2026 to 2028 (£550 in 2029).

Food is not included in venue hire. We work with a selection of talented, pre-approved caterers, giving you the flexibility to choose the dining experience that suits your tastes and budget.

Party the night away with the option of the bridal party retiring to the luxurious surroundings of the Manor House at Hillmount (an additional cost applies).
