What happens next

Securing your date

  1. Hold your date

We are happy to hold your preferred date provisionally for 14 days. To secure it, we ask for a £2,000 deposit within two weeks of your booking agreement; it is deducted from your final invoice.

  2. Shape your invoice

We confirm the practical details with you: where your ceremony will be, how many nights you would like in the house, whether you would like a Day 2 party, and whether you need a late bar (until 1am).

  3. Staged payments

For weddings booked more than a year ahead, payments are spread out: 50% of the remaining balance 12 months before, 25% at six months and the final 25% six weeks before. Booking with less than a year to go? We will tailor the schedule to your timeline.

  4. Final details

We meet in person six weeks before your big day to confirm every detail together.
